Ik hun geur mis nog altijd in de lente. Op zijn minst heb ik ze nu wt eer bewezen door deze schaal te draaien , 25 centimeter diameter. En ik leerde hoe ongelooflijk hard accacia hout kan zijn. Plus breekbaar, maar ik was vastbesloten om het goed te krijgen op mijn manier, zelfs nadat de kom in stukken brak tijdens het draaien van de binnenkant. De scheuren in de kom zijn nu mijn draai-littekens geworden.<\/p>\n<p>Ik schuurde de schaal tot een 800 korrel, na een eerste basis van schellak, en eindigde de kom met Shellawax. Een zeer eenvoudige vorm, maar ik hou er wel van, zelfs met zijn tekortkomingen.
